Chris spent the early part of his career with Travelers before relocating to Dubai with QBE. On his return to the UK he took over the running of the UK and Irish book at Chubb before joining Newline Syndicate where he was responsible for the global P&L of the PI portfolio.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ben specialises in underwriting complex Financial Institutions and Management Liability risks. Most recently, Ben oversaw the Financial Institutions and Management Liability portfolios at the Talbot syndicate. Ben is passionate about delivering insurance solutions which are tailored to clients’ needs. His approach blends deep sector expertise with a strong commitment to innovation, ensuring clients receive responsive, thoughtful, solutions in an evolving landscape.
With 16 years of experience in the financial lines insurance industry, Sam specialises in underwriting Financial Institutions risks. Most recently, Sam was a Senior Specialty Casualty broker at Aon Reinsurance Solutions in London. Prior to that Sam spent 12 years at Liberty Specialty Markets where he was Head of their Financial Institutions team (Lloyd’s and Company platforms). Prior to that Sam was a Financial Institutions underwriter at Travelers.
Joe has 17 years experience in the International PI market having started his career as a PI broker with Lockton in London before transferring to their Dubai office. Whilst in Dubai he secured a PI underwriter role for IGI and after 4 years in Dubai transferred back to IGI’s PI team in London.
James has 20 years experience working within the UK Company & Lloyd’s insurance markets in a variety of claims handling, claims manager, head of claims and transformation roles. James has extensive FINPRO portfolio expertise (all major global territories), plus wider cross-class, leadership and transformation experience. James has also served as Chair of the LMA FIPI Claims Committee, been a solicitor at CMS and was educated at Oxford University.
